An evening entirely dedicated to the king of Italian dishes that will take you through a unique gastronomic experience. From appetisers to a selection of risottos to savour them in all their shapes and flavours to celebrate the art of Italian cuisine.

  • Beppino Black Rice Polenta with Gorgonzola Spumone. Pumpkin Dadolata and black cabbage powder

FIRST DISHES

  • Carrot and sage risotto with carrot skins and fried sage
  • Duck Risotto
  • Risotto with duck, orange and toasted hazelnuts
  • Mantecato with goat cheese and lemon powder

DESSERT

  • Rice shortbread with cheese cream and strawberry compote
