On Friday 24 February we will dedicate an evening to risotto, a first course made with love, passion and patience. A three-course dinner based on rice and carefully selected products to make you taste the best of our territory.

STARTERS

Beppino black rice polenta, milk cream, mixed mushrooms and crispy rice wafer

MAIN DISHES

  • Risotto with Jerusalem artichokes, mascarpone and porcini powder
  • Risotto with orange, robiola and crispy grana cheese
  • Risotto with broccolo fiolaro, salami paste and milk sauce and potatoes
  • Risotto with “cornolaro” ricotta mousse and crispy crudo cheese

SWEET

Crispy orange wafer, ricotta mousse and chocolate sauce
