On Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11, 2026, Bacco & Arianna invites you to experience two unforgettable evenings among the vineyard rows, celebrating the flavours of summer, the beauty of nature and the pleasure of sharing good food and wine.
“Welcome Serprino and Strawberries” is a special vineyard dinner designed for those who wish to enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Euganean Hills. Surrounded by nature and beneath a starry sky, guests will savour seasonal dishes and toast with our organic wines in a truly unique setting.
An evening of nature, flavour and tradition
Our Dinner in the Vineyard is an opportunity to discover the local territory through a carefully crafted menu that combines creativity, seasonality and tradition.
This edition is inspired by the meeting of Serprino, the iconic sparkling wine of the Euganean Hills, and the freshness of strawberries, two ingredients that set the tone for the evening and inspire the culinary journey.
As the sun sets over the vineyards, guests will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by the scents of the countryside and accompanied by dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from our garden and local producers.

Starters
- Summer sorghum in tomato broth
- Buckwheat crêpe parcel with eggplant cream, ricotta cheese, basil-flavoured Grana cheese and tomato powder
- Homemade cured meats
First Course
- Carnaroli risotto with zucchini in two textures, zucchini blossoms and lemon zest
Main Course
- Herb-stuffed guinea fowl roulade with sweet-and-sour garden vegetables and sage-flavoured polenta cube
Dessert
- Lemon cream tartlet with cherry compote, rose petals and cherry powder
Wines
Organic wines produced by our winery will be served throughout the dinner.
