- Crudités of vegetables from our garden with panfocaccia bruschetta
- Honey pork with aromatic cherry tomatoes, citrus fruit ricotta mousse and crispy olives
- Risotto with saffron, pumpkin flowers and crispy courgette
- Baked mallard with garden vegetables
- Orange blossom creamy, strawberry sauce, fresh strawberries and cocoa crumbs
- Organic wines from the farm
